My trip to India in October 2017 was one of the most exciting and colorful adventures I have ever had. The main organizer of this unforgettable adventure was the Indian photographer Jeevan Pathare – an outstanding professional and a good friend. My goal was not just to see, but also to capture the spirit of this amazing country, and our itinerary included the financial capital of India – Mumbai, and the famous golden triangle in Rajasthan, with its iconic cities – Jaipur, Jodhpur and Jaisalmer.

We landed in Mumbai, a cosmopolitan metropolis. Our walk through the Colaba Street Market, the Gateway of India and the Kala Ghoda Art District plunged me into a world where every street and every corner was energized. At night we celebrated Diwali with Jeevan’s family – a real honor that allowed me to see India through the eyes of the locals.

The next destination was Jaipur, known as the Pink City. The view of the Amber Fort at sunset was like something out of a fairy tale.

We headed to Jodhpur known as the Blue City – Walking along its blue streets and visiting the huge Mehrangarh Fort took us to another world full of history and mysticism. And the evening market around the clock tower was an explosion of colors, aromas and noise.

Jaisalmer, known as the Golden City, left a deep impression on me. The city streets surrounded by sand and the sunsets over the desert dunes were the moments that made me realize that India is not just a place, but an experience. The culture and traditions of Rajasthan came alive before my eyes as I photographed the people dressed in traditional costumes on a desert safari.

This trip was not just a photography excursion. It was a deep cultural immersion and an unforgettable adventure that will stay with me forever. India is a place to be seen not only with the eyes but also with the heart.

In this video I have selected the most memorable moments and the things that impressed me the most, I hope you like the slideshow video.
